Prices exclude tax where it applies. When a trial ends without a subscription, your plant moves to Starter and nothing is deleted.

Billing questions

What happens when the trial ends?

You choose Pro, or your plant moves to Starter. Your data is kept. You can't add more than Starter allows until you upgrade, but you can still see and use everything you already have.

What if a payment fails?

You get a 7 day grace period with Pro still on. After that the plant moves to Starter limits until the payment is fixed.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from Settings in the app. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
